According to the requirements of coal mines, our company can provide polyurethane flame-retardant and anti-static performance test reports for coal mine use.
The company's self-developed high-performance polyurethane material uses a fully automated production process. From wheel core processing, adhesive application, casting, and post-sulfurization, all processes strictly follow special production standards to ensure that the temperature difference during material production does not exceed 2°C and the humidity difference does not exceed 3%, ensuring the optimal performance of the material, preventing delamination, and achieving superior wear resistance and a long service life.
