According to the requirements of coal mines, our company can provide polyurethane flame-retardant and anti-static performance test reports for use in coal mines.
The company's self-developed high-performance polyurethane material uses a fully automated production process. From wheel core processing, glue application, casting, and post-sulfurization, all processes strictly follow special production standards to ensure that the temperature deviation during material production does not exceed 2°C and the humidity deviation does not exceed 3%, ensuring optimal material performance, no degumming, super wear resistance, and long service life.
